We are seeking a Digital Relationship Advisor I in Columbus, Indiana. This role involves engaging members in meaningful conversations, advising on lending and financial products, and creating value through education and counseling. The position requires a high level of competency in financial solutions and includes performing member account transactions to support retail operations, ensuring safety and security in compliance with policies.

This role offers a Learning Path for skill development and career progression from Digital Relationship Advisor I to III.

The starting wage is $27.15 per hour. Spanish/English interpreters may be eligible for an interpreting differential.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Create value by engaging members, educating them on products and services, and promoting financial literacy.
• Proactively solve problems and provide tailored solutions.
• Handle all aspects of lending processes, including application processing, collateral valuation, document preparation, loan closing, underwriting, lien perfection, and document retention.
• Educate members about loan programs, evaluate their needs, and recommend suitable loan options.
• Maintain member accounts, conduct outbound calls, and participate in outreach activities to build relationships and promote services.
• Engage members to provide education and referrals to other services.
• Maintain expertise in lending products, problem solving, and financial literacy to enhance engagement skills.
• Participate in value-creating initiatives set by retail leadership.
• Utilize non-member-facing time effectively, such as providing services in the Contact Center or supporting retail operations.
• Complete the required Learning Path for ongoing development and obtain Centra certification within specified timeframes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED required; 3-5 years of related experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
