The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:

The RTX Enterprise Services Organization is seeking a highly experienced leader to manage a team of digital professionals in driving quality transformation initiatives that support all companies of RTX. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP, Hexagon/EtQ Reliance, and Net-Inspect, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of digital quality systems and quality process harmonization. This role requires strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and strong leadership to enhance operational efficiency and compliance within the organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead a dynamic team of digital professionals to support and implement quality transformation strategies.

  • Oversee the management, integration, and optimization of SAP, Hexagon/ETQ Reliance, and Net-Inspect for our quality consumers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve our customers’ business problems, developing optimal, sustainable, and compliant solutions.

  • Identify and drive process improvements through automation, data analytics, and system enhancements.

  • Guide stakeholders on best practices for digital quality management, ensuring alignment with business objectives as the customers prepare for transformation to S4 Hana.

  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members to enhance their technical capabilities.

  • Deliver valued business outcomes and create competitive advantage through best-in-class design and customer experiences.

  • Utilize CORE framework and tools.

  • Travel possible, up to 10%.

Qualification You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience with proven leadership experience in managing people and teams with a focus on digital transformation initiatives, particularly in quality management.

  • Quality subject matter expertise, experience with APQP, AS9145, AS9100 standards, knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality processes.

  • CORE Champion certification and proven experience working directly with SAP Quality processes, Hexagon/EtQ Reliance Quality Management Suite, and Net-Inspect quality solutions with hands-on experience in system implementation and optimization.

  • Working experience and knowledge of the IT life cycle: Requirements/Analysis, Design, Specification, Code/Configuration, Development Testing, Change Management, Sustain, and Optimize.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proven program management experience with understanding of risk management, financial management, resource management and an ability to drive innovation and process efficiency within quality management systems.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Initiative / self-starter: able to execute within strategic vision with motivation and resiliency.

  • CORE Professional Certification.

  • Understanding of Global Trade policies and how to access support in this key area.

  • Detail oriented with the ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Potential to assume responsibility for ad-hoc projects that may require manpower resources during critical times.

  • Experience using SAFe Agile framework, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Tool Suite.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
