Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a leader to own the Digital Quality Product Line vision and multi-year roadmap across Quality, Lab, and IT strategies. You will define the backlog based on value, regulatory risk, and outcomes, and drive standardization of digital capabilities across sites worldwide.

The role requires leading global cross-functional teams, ensuring compliant, secure solutions and exploring modernization opportunities while advancing CSA/OneCQV approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in Quality, Laboratory, Manufacturing, or GxP IT environments.
• Experience leading digital product lines/large-scale platforms in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of QMS, LIMS, SDLC, CSV/CSA, and inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the Digital Quality Product Line vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to Animal Health Quality, Lab, and IT strategies.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on enterprise value, regulatory risk, and business outcomes.
• Drive standardization and reuse of digital quality and lab capabilities across sites and regions.
• Lead design, implementation, and global rollout of Quality and Lab digital products.
• Ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, compliant, secure, and resilient; maximize value from existing platforms and identify modernization/rationalization opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and transition toward CSA / OneCQV approaches.
• Act as primary IT partner to Quality and Lab leadership.
• Drive adoption via change management, training, and communities of practice.
• Lead and develop product owners, solution leads, and delivery teams.
• Scan emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, analytics) to improve quality decisions and lab efficiency.

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in Quality, Laboratory, Manufacturing, or GxP IT environments.
• Experience leading digital product lines/large-scale platforms in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of QMS, LIMS, SDLC, CSV/CSA, and inspection readiness.
• Proven ability to lead global cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
