As a key member of the Digital Quality Leadership Team, the Digital Quality – Data and Digital Lead: drives the Global Quality (GQ) digital transformation at the enterprise level. Collaborating closely with DD&T leads, functional representatives, and global stakeholders, this role shapes and executes the digital roadmap for GQ. The Associate Director acts as a global program manager, guiding strategic DD&T initiatives and championing digital innovation, automation, and organizational change within Takeda’s Quality functions.
