Qualifications

• Experience with workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, or business process automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Systems Automation projects and maintain automated workflows.
• Support validation activities for computerized systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to monitor quality metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and risk-based methodologies.
• Lead system implementation and enhancement projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
