Job Description

Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a polished, technically-savvy, and agile-minded Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Marketing Practice. This client-facing role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume digital projects, ensuring seamless intake, trafficking, and delivery across platforms and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of digital workflows, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake process for digital work requests, ensuring completeness, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee trafficking of digital assets across internal teams and clients, ensuring timely execution and quality control.
  • Coordinate with creative, development, and QA teams to ensure deliverables meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Maintain and optimize project tracking systems (e.g., Workfront, Jira) to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or discrepancies early in the process to avoid delays or rework.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support intake form standardization and reduce duplication of effort across systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing high-volume digital projects, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Prefer at least 2 years as a Project, Delivery or Traffic Manager with interactive/web projects
  • Strong understanding of digital asset trafficking, intake systems, and delivery workflows.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront and Jira.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
