Job summary

Inverse Paradox, a digital agency in the Philadelphia area, is seeking a mid-level Digital Project Manager to join a tight-knit team. You’ll manage WordPress and WooCommerce projects, coordinate with design and development, and serve as the client’s single point of contact.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with focus on Business, Design or CS
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
• Strong business writing and attention to detail
• Experience with PM tools like Basecamp, Trello, Zendesk
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML/CSS

Responsibilities

• Direct collaboration with management on a daily basis
• Manage large website and application projects with varying complexity
• Be the single point of contact for clients
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery following PM processes
• Collaborate with design and development teams to meet client expectations
• Write feature specifications and coordinate with partners to advance internal workflows
• Manage external vendor relationships
• Assist sales in scoping and budgeting projects
• Support QA testing
• Propose ideas to expand client opportunities
• Track time and deliverables across multiple projects
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

1. Work directly with company management team on a daily basis.
2. Manage large website & application projects of various levels of difficulty and complexity.
3. Act as a single point of contact to the client.
4. Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while adhering to internal PM process.
5. Work directly with design & development team to deliver to client expectations.
6. Write specification documents for features & functionality for client approval and internal fulfillment. Work in close relationship with company partners in order to better advance internal organizational dynamics within company.
7. Effectively manage outside vendor relationships.
8. Assist sales team in scoping and budgeting projects.
9. Assist in QA testing.
10. Proactively present new ideas and opportunities to existing clients.
11. Manage your own time between multiple projects and clients to meet deliverable deadlines.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Solid understanding of the digital agency practices.
• Must be flexible in sometimes chaotic situations and quick to adapt.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Exceptional business writing skills.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience working with WordPress or similar Content Management Systems.

Additional Preferred

• Experience working with PM tools like Basecamp, Trello, ZenDesk, etc.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Social Media.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.

Requirements

• Graduated with 4 year degree with focus on Business, Design and/or Computer Science is preferred.
• 2+ Years of Project Management experience.
