Job summary

Cronin is seeking a Digital PM Intern to support the management of live client projects. You will work with WordPress, Storyblok and Instapage, helping track timelines and deliverables while assisting with discovery sessions and QA.

You'll gain hands-on CMS experience and learn Wrike, gaining exposure to UX, SEO, analytics and email campaigns. This internship emphasizes mentorship and practical training within a collaborative agency environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate studying marketing, communications, business, information systems, digital media or a related field.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Interest in digital projects and learning project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and update client websites in CMSs such as WordPress, Storyblok, and Instapage.
• Help track timelines, tasks and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
• Attend client discovery sessions and kickoff meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Assist with QA by testing pages and emails across browsers and devices.
• Learn Wrike and assist with project setup, statuses and templates.
• Contribute to process improvement by documenting workflows and creating checklists.
• Support other agency teams on media, operations and other project work as needed.

As our Digital PM Intern, you'll work side-by-side with the team that turns big ideas into live websites, landing pages and emails for some of our largest clients. Real projects, real clients, real deadlines.

About The Role

The Digital PM Intern supports Cronin's Digital Project Management team in delivering digital projects from initial strategy through launch: on time, on budget, on spec, and with happy clients. You'll get hands-on with the platforms we build in (like WordPress and Storyblok), learn how a real agency project moves from kickoff to go-live, and help us find smarter ways to work. Because digital touches everything here, you'll also pitch in on projects beyond digital, including media and operations work across a variety of clients.

What You'll Do

• Build and update client websites in content management systems such as WordPress, Storyblok, and Instapage: page builds, content updates, image swaps and the like.
• Support projects from kickoff to launch. Help track timelines, tasks and deliverables so websites, landing pages, emails and SEO initiatives land on time and on budget.
• Sit in on the conversations that shape the work, including client discovery sessions, input calls, internal brainstorms and kickoff meetings. You'll take notes, capture action items and follow up.
• Help with quality assurance by testing pages and emails across browsers and devices, checking links and forms, and flagging issues before anything goes live.
• Learn and work in Wrike, our project management platform: setting up tasks, creating blueprints, updating statuses and keeping projects organized.
• Contribute to process improvement. Fresh eyes are valuable. Help us document how we work, build templates and checklists, and suggest better ways to get things done.
• Jump in across the agency on media, operations and other project work as client needs arise and support all the teams.

What You'll Walk Away With

• A real understanding of how digital projects are scoped, scheduled, built, tested and launched at a full-service agency.
• Hands-on CMS experience in WordPress, Storyblok and Instapage that you can put on your resume.
• Working knowledge of Wrike and project management fundamentals: timelines, status reports, scope and budget tracking.
• Exposure to the digital disciplines that feed every project, including UX, development, SEO, analytics and email marketing.
• Live client work you can point to in interviews, plus a process improvement you helped build.

Who You Are

• A current college student (rising junior or senior preferred), grad student or recent grad studying marketing, communications, business, information systems, digital media or a related field.
• Super organized. You love a good to-do list and actually enjoy checking things off.
• Detail-oriented enough to spot a broken link or a typo in a headline.
• A clear communicator in writing and in meetings, comfortable asking questions and following up.
• Curious about how websites and digital campaigns get made, and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
• Able to juggle several projects at once without dropping the ball.

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience with WordPress or another CMS, even on a personal or school site.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike, Asana, Trello or Monday.
• Exposure to Google Analytics, and email platforms.

Hybrid, Must reside in CT; 1-2 days per week in-office (Tues-Thurs) in Glastonbury, CT.

Pay
$16.94/hour (non-exempt)
