The Digital Products Specialist will provide support in planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing internal and external partnership integrations, activities and offers related to our rewards program. Primary responsibilities include operational management for partnerships connected to our loyalty engine, insights development, and loyalty program fulfillment execution.

Through this they will identify member-centric opportunities, process improvements, quality control and cost reduction opportunities. This person is expected to be an integral part of the Loyalty team by driving program execution while helping to identify opportunities and actively partnering or supporting initiatives with other departments and outside vendor partners.

This role is on-site at our Home Office in El Dorado, Arkansas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting of our integrated loyalty partners.
  • Gathers, aligns and ensures Business Requirement documentation is formalized and executable for internal and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Gather, refine, and align Change Managements procedures and socialize it with key stakeholders to ensuring successful launch and operational support for integrations.
  • Collaboratively gather and build detail boards and offer sheets of all integrated partner offers and rewards for Category Management, Marketing, Accounting, Pricebook, IT and third-party vendors.
  • Synthesize data from analytics with customer insights to provide actionable reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work alongside Manager of Loyalty and Customer Relationship Management team to identify opportunities to refine integration processes, enhance efficiency, and improve business impact.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning and be the liaison between technical and business stakeholders and project managers to ensure collaboration and timely follow up of all partnership initiatives.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and cross-functional relationships, ensuring loyalty opportunities are maximized.
  • Assist with additional tasks, including administration, roadmap creation, analytics, and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Individual must be a self-starter and can work in a team environment with the flexibility to work under changing deadlines. Convenience-store and/or loyalty experience a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.
  • Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prefer experience with a convenience store brand and / or a multi-brand portfolio company
  • Proficient in Excel. SQL is nice to have.
