Job summary

M&C Saatchi World Services is seeking an experienced Digital Producer to manage delivery and evolution of websites, apps, and digital experiences across a client portfolio in a hybrid DMV-area role.

You will work with creative, UX and technical teams to translate requirements into practical digital solutions, oversee transitions from suppliers, and maintain strong production discipline across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital products within a digital, creative, or integrated agency setting.
• Ability to independently manage digital projects from discovery through deployment.
• Strong understanding of multiple CMS platforms, APIs and hosting environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing production, development and improvement of websites, apps, platforms and other digital experiences.
• Coordinate transitions of existing digital products from suppliers and ensure knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Work with UX/UI, design, content and technical teams to deliver improvements, content changes and new functionality.
• Translate briefs into scopes, estimates, plans, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate delivery across in-house teams and external partners.
• Lead project kick-offs, reviews and status meetings throughout delivery.
• Provide input on user journeys, wireframes and prototypes to inform development.
• Ensure QA, accessibility checks and release readiness meet standards.
