Responsibilities

• Read and revise product copy, checking for correct spelling/grammar/punctuation.
• Format the copy to company standards.
• 80% of your day-to-day will be spent publishing merchandise to the website.
• 20% of your day-to-day will be spent auditing accuracy for online merchandising.
• Maintain consistent partnership with the buying team to confirm accuracy.

A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position.THE TEAMThe Digital Production Associate is on our Internet Sales team which is responsible for the publishing of merchandise on Dillards.com. We ensure that each piece of merchandise is accurately described in great detail. Additionally, any images that represent the merchandise must be correctly formatted and accurately portray what the customer expects to receive. We also attribute the merchandise with descriptive keywords and facets, providing the customer with a user-friendly experience. Digital Production Associates are crucial to this team’s success in providing our customers with a pleasant online shopping experience.
