Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a senior digital product owner to lead design efforts that integrate People, Process, Technology and Data to deliver value. You will analyze stakeholder needs, craft user stories, and align with business objectives while coordinating with product managers to differentiate the product.

You will own end-to-end delivery of business user stories, collaborate with process and deployment teams, and contribute to agility strategy and funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three years of work experience per year of college education.
• 5+ years of Inventory Management, Operations or Supply Chain experience
• Experience in an agile or hybrid delivery framework, or requirement development or Product Owner role
• Prior Operations or Supply Chain experience
• Prior knowledge of key process and technical products within planning, manufacturing and inventory
• Knowledge of ERP operating systems tools and databases
• Experience with and strong understanding of digital Product Ownership
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

Responsibilities

• Lead digital product design efforts including how to bring together People, Process, Technology and Data design elements that provide Value to the Sherwin Williams organization
• Analyze stakeholder needs, create user stories and prioritize all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that align with the business objectives
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define a digital product differentiation strategy
• Responsible for strategic and technical execution (end-to-end) of business user stories and coordination with business process and deployment team members
• Work with the Product Leadership Team to set the agility strategy and funding requirements
• Groom the product backlog, breaking down epics & features; and estimating user stories
• Coordinate with development team, set and communicate release date and scope
• Provide support to users of the Oracle Cloud enabled solution, including troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and providing training
