This remote position in Texas involves managing the product lifecycle for consumer digital platforms and requires a Bachelor's Degree along with significant experience in IT, clinical roles, or marketing technology. The Digital Experience team supports the development and implementation of the Consumer Experience roadmap by collaborating with marketing, operations, and other staff/teams as applicable. This role requires a customer-focused, strategic, organized, and innovative product owner who strives to empower current and prospective patients to engage in their care digitally. This position is remote within the state of Texas and requires on-site travel quarterly for strategic planning and as directed by the Vice President of the division.
The Digital Product Owner will own the end-to-end lifecycle for all products within the Consumer portfolio, including websites, search, marketing automation, and customer engagement platforms. Our team is also responsible for digital analytics and a variety of patient portal enhancements.
You will set the overall vision for the platform aligned to business value and user needs. This includes managing the roadmap and prioritizing features and stories to achieve the vision. This role provides leadership in the development and application of technical, software and process knowledge, ensuring that the needs of our customers are understood and defined to deliver solutions that meet the organization’s strategic and business goals and deliver a consistent, quality experience to our customers.
Preferred: 2+ years working as an agile product owner.
