Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Product Manager to oversee a digital experience platform in the financial services space. You will manage product roadmaps, coordinate sprint activities, and act as a liaison across business and technology teams including account servicing, identity, APIs, and backend services.

The role requires 3–5+ years in product management, strong communication skills, and hands-on Jira/Confluence experience, with familiarity in online banking and AI-enhanced workflows.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product and platform roadmaps for a digital experience platform.
• Partner with teams across account servicing, identity, digital banking, APIs, and backend services.
• Lead and manage Agile sprints, including prioritization and coordination across stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and priorities for technical teams.
• Communicate product updates, dependencies, risks, and priorities across multiple functional groups.
• Partner with engineering and backend teams to understand how APIs and services support the overall digital customer experience.
• Utilize AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, research, documentation, and product management workflows.
• Maintain product documentation and project activities using Jira and Confluence.
