Job summary

Clearview Federal Credit Union's Digital Products team leads the online and mobile banking experience for members and employees. The Digital Product Analyst will help design and implement solutions for Clearview's digital banking portfolio, including requirements analysis, testing, release readiness, and documentation.

You will work with the Senior Digital Product Manager and cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive the digital roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-4 years of experience, preferably in a product role.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis or Project Management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear and concise written content.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, gather and write business requirements for Digital Banking products and services.
  • Maintain accurate product documentation, including process flows, requirements, test evidence, release notes, known issues, operating procedures, and product reference materials.
  • Support the intake and delivery of smaller enhancements by clarifying needs, evaluating impacts, coordinating dependencies, and tracking work through completion.
  • Assist with backlog refinement by helping define scope, document acceptance criteria, surface dependencies, and distinguish defects from enhancements or training needs.
  • Build and maintain working knowledge of assigned digital banking products, vendor platforms, member journeys, business processes, and supporting systems.
  • Participate in vendor meetings, product demonstrations, implementation activities, release reviews, and operational performance discussions.
  • Escalate material risks, production impacts, unresolved defects, and delivery concerns with clear documentation and recommended next steps.
  • Apply strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving to evaluate issues, identify root causes, and make sound recommendations with limited information.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases and user acceptance testing for digital banking releases, enhancements, integrations, and production fixes.
  • Serve as an initial point of coordination for digital banking issues, including intake, triage, impact assessment, vendor escalation, status communication, and resolution follow-through.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution; confirm corrective actions through retesting and production validation.
  • Support release readiness by coordinating testing schedules, stakeholder participation, implementation checklists, communications, and post-release validation.
  • Occasionally support product releases conducted outside normal business hours.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including employees, vendors, project teams, and organizational leaders.
  • Contribute to product roadmap development by bringing forward operational insights, testing findings, user feedback, and improvement opportunities.
  • Gradually assume ownership of assigned products, capabilities, vendors, or initiatives as digital banking knowledge and product-management proficiency develop.
  • Demonstrate an interest in growing from business analysis and quality assurance responsibilities into broader product-management disciplines, including prioritization, roadmap planning, stakeholder leadership, and lifecycle ownership.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies related to information security, privacy, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, including completion of required training and protection of confidential information.

Job description

Objective

The Digital Products team owns the digital experience for Clearview's members and employees. The Digital Product Analyst position is a unique opportunity to contribute to evolution of the Clearview's strategic digital roadmap by helping to design and implement solutions for Clearview's online and mobile banking product portfolio.

You will be responsible for designing and contributing immediately through digital banking operations, testing, release readiness, issue management, requirements analysis, and product documentation. As you develop portfolio expertise, responsibilities will expand into ownership of assigned products and capabilities, including intake, prioritization, vendor management, roadmap contribution, and stakeholder leadership.

You will work closely with the Senior Digital Product Manager and with various departments across the organization to gather insights and business requirements for their assigned digital products. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse personalities and various levels of leadership. Building rapport and inspiring trust across the organization will be essential to drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on juggling several objectives at any given time and wants to develop their product management skills.

WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, flexible availability as necessary to support operational needs

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-4 years of experience, preferably in a product role.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis or Project Management methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear and concise written content.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
