Allstate Insurance seeks a Digital Product Manager to turn strategy into tangible outcomes, blending data insights with execution. You’ll collaborate across engineering, UX, architecture, and business to deliver AI-enabled capabilities, shaping product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on product management experience with a strong execution track record.
• Experience working with AI technologies (Google, Anthropic, Azure, or AWS); scaling AI-powered products is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile product development.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute a prioritized product roadmap aligned to strategy, customer value, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional demand by clarifying intent, evaluating value, and driving transparent, outcome-based prioritization.
• Define clear problem statements and success criteria in partnership with users and stakeholders.
• Use research, analytics, and raw data to surface insights, validate assumptions, and inform roadmap and delivery decisions.
• Advocate for intuitive user experiences and contribute to solution design from concept through execution.

The Role

As a Digital Product Manager, you turn strategy into tangible outcomes-stories, designs, and shipped capabilities. You’re comfortable working handson with data, using insights to influence direction, and navigating ambiguity to solve hard problems.

You value strong problem framing, clear success metrics, and effective stakeholder management. You collaborate easily across engineering, UX, architecture, and business, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused on outcomes-not just output.

• Product Direction:Own and execute a prioritized product roadmap aligned to strategy, customer value, and measurable outcomes
• Stakeholder & Demand Management:Manage crossfunctional demand by clarifying intent, evaluating value, and driving transparent, outcomebased prioritization
• Problem Framing:Define clear problem statements and success criteria in partnership with users and stakeholders
• DataDriven Decisions:Use research, analytics, and raw data to surface insights, validate assumptions, and inform roadmap and delivery decisions

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 - 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
