Position Title: Portfolio Manager Senior Digital Product Manager

• Experience with governance, risk, regulatory oversight, and compliance.
• Transportation or customer service industry experience.
• Knowledge of IT, OT, Corporate tech, rail domain, or industrial technologies.
• Demonstrated success applying User Experience Research and Design Thinking to drive product strategy.
• Experience managing experiences for internal and external customers in a complex environment like a Customer Care Center at the intersection of advanced digital technology and person-to-person interactions
