Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Digital Product Manager to support platform stability, reliability, automation, and production operations. Qualifications

  • Digital Product Management experience in B2B eCommerce or SaaS.
  • ECommerce and customer experience expertise across journeys, conversion, merchandising, pricing, and multi-device experiences.
  • Strategy and execution: translate needs into roadmaps, requirements, MVPs, and iterative delivery.
  • Data-driven approach with KPIs, analytics, and A/B/multivariate testing to drive improvements.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across global teams.
  • Strong problem-solving with familiarity with modern web technologies; experience with regulated digital products is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to support platform stability, reliability, automation, and production operations. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to improve resilient systems, troubleshoot production issues, strengthen observability, and apply site reliability engineering best practices.

In This Role, You Will
  • Assess existing digital product opportunities, customer experience challenges, and business priorities. Identify and implement capabilities that improve merchandising opportunities and increase promotional engagement. Gather and incorporate voice-of-the-customer insights to inform product priorities and digital experience improvements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand pricing strategies and support clear and effective presentation of pricing on platform. Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the overall digital customer experience. Translate identified opportunities into a clear product roadmap comprising prioritized strategies, initiatives, and delivery activities.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative measures to support prioritization and investment decisions. Develop clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable effective execution by Engineering, UX, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure product requirements, desired outcomes, and product vision are clearly understood and accurately implemented. Collaborate with UX teams and apply design-thinking principles to support development of customer-centered digital experiences. Define and support delivery of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), followed by rapid iteration and optimization based on data, customer feedback, and experimentation.
  • Partner with Analytics and Experimentation teams to measure product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize conversion and customer experience. Use A/B testing, multivariate testing, or other experimentation approaches where appropriate to validate changes and improve conversion funnels.
  • Monitor relevant product and customer experience metrics to identify performance trends and opportunities requiring action. Convert data, insights, and customer feedback into actionable recommendations for experience improvements, process enhancements, and efficiency gains. Drive alignment across a broad, cross-functional, and globally distributed group of stakeholders. Provide clear product prioritization and decision-making where competing customer, commercial, technical, and delivery priorities exist.
  • Support effective product delivery across device types and ensure experiences are appropriately considered across relevant digital channels. Maintain appropriate product documentation, decision records, priorities, and delivery status throughout the engagement. Provide effective handover of product roadmaps, outstanding priorities, performance insights, recommendations, and relevant documentation at the conclusion of the project. Deliverables Prioritized digital product roadmap. Defined and prioritized customer experience improvement opportunities. Product backlog with documented requirements and acceptance criteria. Recommendations relating to merchandising, promotions, pricing, and customer experience. MVP definitions and delivery priorities. Customer insight and voice-of-the-customer findings. Product performance measures and KPI tracking. Experimentation and optimization recommendations. A/B or multivariate test hypotheses and associated product recommendations. Product performance and optimization reviews. Stakeholder alignment and product decision documentation. End-of-engagement roadmap, recommendations, and handover documentation.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
  • Digital Product Management experience, preferably in B2B eCommerce or SaaS, managing products from discovery and opportunity identification through development, launch, measurement, and optimization.
  • ECommerce and customer experience expertise, including customer journeys, conversion, merchandising, promotions, pricing, voice-of-the-customer, and multi-device digital experiences.
  • Product strategy and execution skills, translating customer and business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, priorities, MVPs, and iterative Agile delivery.
  • Data-driven and experimentation-focused, using analytics, KPIs, quantitative and qualitative insights, A/B or multivariate testing, and experimentation to drive conversion and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management, working effectively with UX, Engineering, Analytics, Experimentation, and business teams across complex, globally distributed organizations; able to prioritize competing customer, commercial, technical, and organizational needs.
  • Problem-solving and technical understanding, including design thinking and familiarity with modern web technologies; experience with global digital products and Life Sciences, regulated eCommerce, or medical devices is advantageous.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between 120,000 - 140000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
