Base pay range

$41.00/hr - $41.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Product Manager in Irving, TX. As a Product Manager, you will be tasked to maximize profitability through hyper local assortment recommendations. Product Managers will define product strategy, develop, launch, and enhance products and services that drive our business forward. You will also be responsible for identifying and tracking KPIs as you build these amazing experiences. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual, self-starter with a passion for user experience and building impactful and meaningful experiences.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop a deep understanding and empathy for our stores and use this knowledge to identify and solve problems.
  • Conduct and analyze feedback from stakeholders, market research, customer research, usability testing, and UAT to ensure we're designing the correct solutions.
  • Partner with software engineers to ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision and suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
  • Produce and review product requirements documents, wireframes, prototypes and write specifications for new features and changes.
  • Develop learning plan and measure feature success.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
