Job summary

URBN is seeking a Digital Product Creation Intern to bridge design, tech, and operations. You’ll drive DPC tool adoption, test AI and 3D tools, and coordinate cross-functional digital initiatives across teams, regions and vendors.

You will help standardize workflows, capture cross-department feedback, and support R&D efforts to streamline product lifecycles. This paid internship runs this summer at our Philadelphia Home Office.

Qualifications

• Interest in digital innovation and fashion tech intersecting creativity.
• Familiarity with 3D design tools and PLM systems as core tools.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of DPC initiatives for growth and efficiency.
• Capture and implement user feedback to optimize tools and workflows.
• Assist in testing and rolling out AI tools and 3D design workflows.
• Coordinate training sessions and develop support materials for teams.
• Translate operational needs into scalable digital solution concepts.
