Job summary

URBN is seeking a Digital Design Intern to support the Anthropologie Digital Design team with design execution and production of digital assets across marketing channels.

The 2027 Summer Internship Program runs 6/7–8/13 at the Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. Applicants should submit a design project (PDF) with their resume and, if available, links to a portfolio. Applications close 5:00 PM EST on Oct 30, 2026.

The Digital Design Intern will support the Anthropologie Digital Design team by assisting with both design and production work across multiple marketing channels.

• Assist with creative research, mood boards, and inspiration to bring fresh ideas and new perspectives to the team.

Stay current on emerging design trends, AI tools, and digital best practices, and share new ways of thinking that can help improve our creative process.

Project Requirement

In addition to your application and resume, to be considered for this role please submit a Design Project (8.5 X 11 PDF format is preferred). Once you complete your project, please upload it to the additional documents section in the application process.

• Create a design (site layout, store signage, set of posters, animated webpage, suite of branding or marketing materials, etc.) that demonstrates your creativity and understanding of the brand culture, voice & aesthetic.
• Explain how/why this idea fits in with our brand, and how it would function. How would you help us create a stronger visual and conceptual relationship between all the different channels of our brand?
