Digital Foundry, based in Tiburon, California, seeks a Consulting Associate, Digital Product to drive client engagements and deliver high-value outputs. You will own day-to-day delivery mechanics, manage backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills across writing and oral delivery.
• Experience using AI tools as part of daily workflows.
• Strong organizational discipline with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and refine client needs into build-ready requirements.
• Own day-to-day delivery mechanics: backlog hygiene, scope tracking, sprint prep, deliverables.
• Keep cross-functional Agile teams aligned and moving.
• Support and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Build and use AI-augmented delivery workflows to accelerate documentation and prototyping.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and documentation communicating progress and recommendations.
• Support and facilitate product strategy and design workshops and grow toward leading them.
• Contribute to Digital Foundry's consulting practice through process improvement and knowledge sharing.
