Job summary

Invisible Narratives in Los Angeles is seeking a Digital Producer to run social and marketing projects from first request to final delivery. You’ll scope budgets, staff with internal teams or freelancers, and manage assets to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

This role focuses on social and creator content, not traditional advertising, TV, or film. You’ll coordinate budgets from quick-turn social to longer series, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects aligned.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years producing social and creator-focused content.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on time and budget.
• Hands-on vendor management and asset handoffs.
• Budgeting experience for quick-turn social to six-figure series.
• Extensive network of creator-economy editors and production talent.
• Native fluency with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
• Familiar with modern production pipelines and new tech.
• Animation production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn requests from across the studio into clear scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Own every project budget and track spend from kickoff to close.
• Manage asset handoffs and delivery transfers, and deliver to spec across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
• Handle each project with internal teams or source outside talent: editors, animators, CG generalists, motion designers, thumbnail artists, writers, voice actors, and sound and music talent.
• Source, vet, and staff vendors, freelancers, and full-time talent as long-term and short-term needs come up.
• Build and maintain a talent roster with rates and availability.
• Run multiple projects at once, mostly quick-turn social and marketing, alongside longer-running series.
• Kick off and manage vendors, and own schedules and review rounds.
• Partner with studio, marketing, and leadership to keep every project aligned.
• Flag risks early, come with solutions, and keep leadership up to date.

We're looking for a Digital Producer to run our social and marketing projects, along with digital series and animation, from first request to final delivery. You'll scope and budget the work, staff it with internal teams or outside vendors and freelancers, and manage assets and deliveries to make sure every project lands on time and on budget.

This role is focused on social and creator content, so we're looking for someone whose experience is rooted in that world rather than in traditional advertising, TV, or film.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Production & Budgets

• 3–5 years producing social and creator-focused content.
• A track record of delivering multiple projects at once, on time and on budget.
• Hands‑on experience managing vendors, asset handoffs, and deliveries.
• Experience building and managing budgets, from quick-turn social to six‑figure series.
• A deep network of creator‑economy editors, CG generalists and production/post‑production talent.
• Native fluency in YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
• Familiarity with modern production pipelines and new and emerging technologies, and the ability to staff for them.
• Animation production experience is a plus.
