Job summary

The Imagine Group is seeking a Digital Press Operator in Minnesota to operate advanced digital printing equipment, ensure production quality, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with a team to deliver high-quality printed materials, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and helping meet production goals with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, follow written production specifications and procedures.
Experience with production-related software and computer systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing equipment and software to produce high-quality print products according to customer specs.
Ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
Perform ongoing quality inspections for color consistency, image quality, and registration.
Troubleshoot printing equipment and workflow issues with Leads and team members.
Conduct routine equipment maintenance, cleaning, and inspections to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
Document production activities, labor, materials, and job information in company systems.
