Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with banner, decal/vinyl, and/or DTF printing strongly preferred.
• Adobe Illustrator or comparable design programs

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor digital printing equipment including large-format banner printers, vinyl/decal printers, and DTF printers.
• Prepare print-ready files and verify artwork, sizing, colors, and materials before production.
• Load and unload media, inks, films, and other consumables.
• Monitor print quality and adjust as needed to ensure consistent results.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Weed, trim, cut, laminate, and finish printed materials as required.
• Inspect completed products for accuracy, color consistency, defects, and overall quality.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines while keeping the area clean and safe.
