Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in digital printing or sign production preferred.
• Familiarity with design and print files (PDFs, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printers and large/small format equipment to produce a variety of print and signage products.
• Set up print jobs, including file preparation, material selection, and color adjustments.
• Monitor print output for quality, consistency, and accuracy; perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Review and follow job tickets to ensure customer specifications are met; manage multiple jobs to meet deadlines.
• Finish tasks such as cutting, laminating, mounting, weeding, and packaging; inspect final products for quality.

This role is responsible for operating digital printing equipment, assisting with general print production, and completing finishing work to deliver high-quality print and signage products. ** Key Responsibilities**

** Digital Printing & Production**

• Operate digital printers and large/small format equipment to produce a variety of print and signage products
• Set up print jobs, including file preparation, material selection, and color adjustments
• Monitor print output for quality, consistency, and accuracy
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on equipment

** General Print Shop Duties**

• Review and follow job tickets to ensure customer specifications are met
• Prioritize and manage multiple jobs to meet production deadlines
• Maintain inventory of paper, vinyl, ink, and other materials
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding job status and workflow

** Finishing & Sign Production**

• Perform finishing tasks such as cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, weeding, taping, folding, binding, and packaging
• Operate finishing equipment including cutters, laminators, plotters, and other bindery tools
• Assist with basic sign assembly and preparation
• Inspect final products to ensure quality standards are met before delivery

** Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in digital printing, sign production, or print shop environment preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Familiarity with design and print files (PDFs, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort working with equipment
