You will set up and operate a digital press, verify job specifications, and troubleshoot issues with a team‑driven approach. A high school diploma or GED is required; basic ERP data entry and computer skills are beneficial.

Summary Of Position

To print digital labels, tags, and sleeves on a variety of substrates for a variety of finishing applications.

Requirements

Essential Duties

• Set up, operate and monitor digital press to produce printed materials with high quality standards, minimal scrap, and acceptable productivity levels.
• Verification of art files, substrate, colors and job tickets prior to printing each job.
• Troubleshoot printing issues on digital press and takes self-initiative to solve technical issues.
• Inform immediate Supervisor and/or Team Lead of key issues daily.
• Set a good example for all employees by displaying an excellent work ethic, being a team member, and observing all company policies.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to adjust press settings such as registration, alignment, etc. as required.
• Works excellent with peers, Supervisor, and Management.
• Ability to work independently without supervision; takes self‑initiative to help others.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

• Knowledge of graphic design helpful, but not necessary.

Training And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent GED.
• HP Beginner Level training not required, however helpful.
