Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Digital Print & Production Specialist for Vestcom, a stand-alone unit in Dallas. Shift: A Shift, Sun-Tues 6am-6pm, Weds 6am-6pm.

Manage digital data files, operate laser printing equipment, and stage production workflows to ensure high-quality delivery for customers. You will work closely with facility leaders and production teams to keep work moving smoothly, maintain quality and color standards, and log production data in the ERP system for accurate tracking and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with ERP systems, data entry, or digital print equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to distinguish colors accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable team player who thrives under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Print & Production Execution: Process data files and operate laser printing equipment to accurately produce customer orders on schedule.
• Workflow & Material Management: Monitor production schedules, log materials using our ERP system, and manage job priorities to minimize waste and keep orders flowing.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Perform regular sample checks to ensure output meets strict quality and color standards. Maintain accurate digital and physical job logs.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate daily job schedules and customer updates with supervisors and project coordinators.
• Equipment & Safety: Assist with basic machine maintenance, notify service technicians when needed, and maintain a safe, organized workspace using required PPE.
