Job summary

G&J-Pepsi-Col is seeking a Digital Print Production Operator to manage day-to-day printing, file ripping, and production of banners, signs, murals, vehicle graphics, and POP displays. You will preflight artwork, conduct quality checks, and coordinate maintenance with the Graphics Production team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in digital print production, strong knowledge of Onyx or Caldera RIP software, and hands-on experience with wide-format finishing equipment including Zund cutting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital print production.
• Experience with wide-format finishing equipment.
• Proficiency with Onyx or Caldera RIP software.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day equipment and produce banners, signs, murals, vehicle wraps, and POP graphics.
• Communicate with Graphic Production Manager on quality issues.
• Organize production runs and maintain quantity counts for accuracy.
• Perform print quality control, color profiling, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Preflight and quality check artwork before release.
• Conduct maintenance and coordinate service calls.
• Apply knowledge of large format printing and finishing processes.
• Utilize wide format finishing equipment (Zund setup and cutting).
