Job summary

RRD, a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions, is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 2nd shift in Charlotte, NC. You will operate inkjet/laser/offset printers, review job instructions, and prepare jobs for production.

Responsibilities include maintaining production logs, setting up and releasing jobs, monitoring image quality, and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, repetitive hand motion required and able to lift / push up to 50lbs.
• 1 or more years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.
• Typically, the adjustments performed at this level are routine and the need for such adjustments are readily apparent.

Thesalary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $15.50 - $21.00/ hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs.Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
