Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is hiring for a Digital Operator to support distribution, fulfillment and quality, with first, second and third shift opportunities. Hours: 1st shift 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Pay: $20–$23 per hour.

You will start and safely operate digital print equipment, interpret production tickets, and manage materials. You’ll also run bindery gear, coordinate with shipping, and perform daily and monthly inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution, fulfillment and quality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start and safely operate digital print equipment independently and with support technicians.
• Read and understand job production tickets and SOPs.
• Safely locate, transport, and load paper and consumables; operate bindery equipment.
• Coordinate with shipping, manage inventory codes, and perform daily/monthly counts.
