Role Description

The Digital Print Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Blaine, MN. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring digital printing equipment, setting up print jobs according to specifications, and ensuring consistent quality throughout each production run. Daily tasks include preparing files for print, loading materials, performing routine equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting basic machine issues. The Digital Print Operator will also perform quality checks, manage job queues, collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines, and assist with finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, or packaging as needed. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and workflow procedures, and clear communication with supervisors and colleagues.

• Comfort working on-site in a production setting, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderately heavy materials.
