KDM is seeking experienced Digital Lead Operators to join our 2nd and 3rd shift production teams in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role leads daily digital print production operations, ensuring quality and maximizing equipment performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in digital print with leadership ability, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Competitive pay and a stay bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital print, printing, graphics, signage, POP display, or related manufacturing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or training team members.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital press operators during daily production activities.
• Monitor workflow and ensure production schedules and deadlines are achieved.
• Coordinate job priorities with production management.
