Job summary

Ahead LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Digital Printer II to operate laser cutting systems, print with art files on prepared materials, and manage quality and throughput in a fast-paced shop environment.

Ideal candidates have basic graphic software familiarity, strong color sense, and the ability to read instructions and work collaboratively with the team on continuous improvements. On-site position with standard weekday schedule and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior laser operator experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and color sense.

Responsibilities

• Set up and cut components for orders on laser equipment.
• Ensure parts meet manufacturing requirements and deliver quick turnaround.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection using measuring tools.
• Maintain organization of orders and materials.
• Participate in team continuous improvement activities.
• Read and interpret manufacturing instructions and drawings.
• Prepare material for printing and access art files.
• Print images on materials and accessories.
• Apply heat seal to backs of printed materials.
