Job summary

Flower City Group is seeking an on-site, full-time Graphic Production Specialist in Mequon, WI. You will support the development and production of display concepts from initial design through finished prototypes, combining graphic design and basic structural work with digital production responsibilities.

The role focuses on maximizing digital assets across Rochester and Milwaukee facilities, expanding production capacity, and strengthening design capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support development and production of display concepts from design to finished prototype.
• Load and prepare artwork for print and ensure files are print-ready.
• Operate digital printing and CAD cutting equipment; perform routine maintenance.
• Create basic shipping cartons and assembly instructions; prepare samples for shipment.
• Manage material stock inventory and reorder as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, design, project management, prepress and production teams.
