Job summary

Flower City Group Inc. is seeking an on-site Graphic and Structural Design Support professional in Mequon, WI to assist in developing display concepts from design to finished prototype.

You will work with digital print production, CAD tools, and Adobe Creative Suite to create print-ready artwork, manage inventories, and prepare samples for shipment across Rochester and Milwaukee facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3–5 years in corrugated display/packaging design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support digital print production and CAD-related artwork.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and preflight files.
• Operate CAD cutting table and assemble prototypes.
• Manage material stock and order replenishments.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams.
