Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 3 years digital printing/bindery experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform routine repairs.
• Analytical and creative thinking to solve challenges.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and adjust sheet-fed and roll-fed digital printing equipment using toner- and latex-based technology.
• Produce a variety of printed materials while maintaining quality standards and deadlines.
• Operate bindery and finishing equipment for booklet making, paper cutting, folding, scoring, perforating, numbering, coil and comb punching/insertion.
• Perform operator-level equipment maintenance and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors to prioritize workloads and meet customer needs.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Make deliveries and pickups as needed to support Printing Services operations.
