Job summary

ALOM is seeking a quality-focused professional to own digital media, print, bindery, and pre-production label printing operations end-to-end. You will partner with Account Management, Procurement, and Operations to hit production deadlines with high-accuracy delivery.

Responsibilities include designing custom print materials using Adobe CC, producing customer-specific label layouts with BarTender, and generating quotes based on material and labor specs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in publishing, graphic design, print, or label printing in high-volume environments.
• Proficiency with digital printers (Heidelberg/HP Indigo) and variable data printing workflows.
• Proficient in Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), Quark, BarTender, barcode systems, and file management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of schedules for all digital media print and pre-production label print jobs.
• Design and produce custom print materials (inserts, brochures, posters) using Adobe Creative Cloud and VDP.
