Job summary

KDM is seeking experienced Digital Press Operators and Lead Operators to join our 2nd and 3rd shift production teams in Cincinnati. You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize digital printing equipment to produce retail graphics, signage, banners, and POP displays.

The ideal candidate has digital print production experience, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, safety, and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience operating digital press, print production, or manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in printing, graphics, signage, POP displays, or manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality graphics, signage, banners, and POP displays.
• Perform machine setup, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to maximize uptime.
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and adherence to customer specifications.
• Support efficient production flow while meeting schedules and deadlines.
• Complete work orders, production records, and job tracking requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting team members as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and overall production performance.

KDM is hiring experienced Digital Press Operators and Lead Operators to join our 2nd and 3 rd Shift production teams. This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing digital printing equipment used to produce retail graphics, POP displays, signage, banners, decals, and other printed marketing materials. The ideal candidate has experience in digital print production, a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, safety, and meeting production deadlines.

• 2 nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
• 3 rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Compensation: Starting at $24.00+

Key Responsibilities

Digital Press Operation & Print Production

• Operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality graphics, signage, banners, and POP displays.

Equipment Setup, Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform machine setup, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to maximize uptime.

Quality Control & Color Management

• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and adherence to customer specifications.

Workflow Coordination & Production Scheduling

• Support efficient production flow while meeting schedules and deadlines.

Production Documentation & Job Tracking

• Complete work orders, production records, and job tracking requirements.

Housekeeping & Safety Compliance

Team Training & Operator Support

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience operating digital press, print production, or manufacturing equipment
• Experience in printing, graphics, signage, POP displays, or manufacturing
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work 2nd Shift

Preferred

• Inca, EFI VUTEk, or similar digital press experience
• Lead Operator, Trainer, or Team Lead experience
• Quality control and color management experience
