Allied Printing Services, Inc. is a family-run, full-service printer looking for a Digital Press Operator to set up, operate and maintain Canon, Zeikon, and Komori presses.

You will produce high-quality materials with precise color and registration, following job specifications and maintaining efficient production flow. This full-time, 1st shift role runs 8:00 am–4:00 pm and includes routine maintenance, quality checks, and data recording.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–4 months of experience operating digital press machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of press operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-quality digital printing presses to meet customer specifications.
• Monitor print runs to ensure consistent color, registration, and image quality.
• Interpret layouts, check paper stock, and assist in overall press setup (sheet size, coating, blankets, etc.).
• Refill and adjust paper trays to maintain efficient production flow.
• Load substrates onto the press and accurately record production data.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning on press equipment.
• Troubleshoot and adjust as needed to ensure top-quality output.
• Conduct quality checks throughout each run and present finished samples for approval.

Digital Press Operator

The Digital Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Canon, Zeikon, and Komori digital pressesto produce vibrant, high-quality printed materials that meet exacting customer specifications. This role requires technical precision, color accuracy, and a passion for digital print innovation. The operator monitors print quality, registration, and consistency throughout each job, making adjustments to achieve flawless results. What You’ll Do:

• Operate high-quality digital printing presses to meet customer specifications.

Physical Requirements:

Standing 50% | Lifting up to 35-75 lbs. lbs. repeatedly | Carrying 25-50 lbs. | Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials.
