Paycom is seeking a Digital Label Press Operator I in Houston, TX to run digital printing equipment in a commercial print environment. You will work with the press Lead to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

Requirements include 3+ years of digital printing experience, a high school diploma, strong communication and teamwork, and solid problem-solving skills to address equipment issues and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Job Details:

Job Location: TX Houston Pinemont - Houston, TX 77040, Position Type: Full Time, Summary/Purpose of the Position: The Digital Label Press Operator I will work in a commercial printing company and operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials. This role will communicate with the press Lead to ensure that all jobs are completed on schedule.

• Set up and operate digital printing equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the equipment
• Ensure that printed materials meet quality standards
• Communicate with the press Lead regarding machine status and maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with team members to ensure that all jobs are completed on schedule
• Follow safety regulations and procedures
• Indirectly and directly responsible for product quality
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of digital printing experience as an operator
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report any issues to the press Lead
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address equipment issues
• Attention to detail to ensure that printed materials meet quality standards

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary
