Digital Print Operator – Dallas, TX

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity | $19–$25 per Hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Print Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Dallas, TX. Candidates with experience operating HP Indigo digital presses are highly encouraged to apply.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare, load, and operate HP Indigo presses (6K, 7900, 12000, or similar models) according to job ticket specifications and preflight files
• Perform color calibration, print testing, and quality inspections to maintain accurate registration and brand consistency
• Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting to reduce downtime
• Manage media inventory, specialty substrates, inks, blankets, and other consumables
• Collaborate with prepress and finishing departments to ensure smooth job flow through cutting, folding, and binding processes

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience operating digital commercial press equipment
• Direct experience with HP Indigo presses strongly preferred
• Knowledge of digital print workflows, RIP software, and Esko Color Pilot
• Experience with cut-sheet and/or roll-to-roll printers
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible or shift-based schedules

Compensation

$19–$25 per hour, based on experience
