Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Support intern to assist the marketing team across digital and offline initiatives in Menasha, WI.

The role offers a diverse learning experience with exposure to proposals, collateral, event planning, and analytics. The position emphasizes hands-on involvement in social media, content management, and marketing research while collaborating with the team to support business development and recruitment marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited program pursuing a degree in Marketing or related field.
• No prior work experience required; coursework or internships in construction/project management are advantageous.
• Willing to work 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; flexible schedule may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in social media and content management for marketing collateral.
• Support signage and post-event communications/analysis.
• Assist business development with proposals and presentations.
• Support recruitment marketing trends through employer branding, public relations, social media, event branding and collateral development.
• Provide backup to the marketing team.
• Perform other related duties as required.

This position is responsible for providing marketing support to the entire marketing team. This includes proposals, prequalification's, online marketing, marketing collateral, company store, event planning, career fair/trade show support or any other business and marketing tasks needed to support the marketing team. This position will be focused around a diverse learning experience with a strong balance of task and project work.

Minimum Requirements

Education: : Enrolled in an accredited institution and actively working toward a degree in a Interactive Web Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems discipline is preferred or related field.

Experience: No previous work experience is required. However, relevant coursework, academic projects, or prior internships related to construction or project management will be advantageous.

Travel: none.

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
