Job summary

First Merchants Bank seeks a Senior Digital Platform Manager to own the lifecycle of digital platforms and products, aligning with strategic goals and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will drive platform roadmaps, partner with cross-functional teams, and advocate for client needs in the consumer banking space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in product management, project management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile (e.g., CSPO, SAFe) are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital platforms: roadmap, feature prioritization, lifecycle planning and ROI analysis.
• Improve client experience through digital solutions and support campaigns that drive platform adoption.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Support vendor relationships and contract reviews.
• Monitor platform metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and progress toward strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for platforms and ensure regulatory compliance.
