Job Description

Bessemer Trust is seeking a Digital Solutions Owner to join our Solution Engineering team and help bring the firm's digital initiatives to life. Partnering closely with the business-side solutions owner who sets the roadmap, this individual will contribute deep subject-matter expertise, design and user-experience judgment, and hands-on execution to translate strategy into working digital experiences for our clients and internal stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own execution of digital initiatives from concept through delivery, working closely with design and engineering partners
  • Partner with the solutions owner throughout the roadmap process, bringing technical and design expertise to inform prioritization and feasibility
  • Lead and coordinate the work of cross-functional agile teams, including sprint and release planning, backlog management, and team ceremonies
  • Translate requirements from key stakeholders into clear, well-defined requirements and user stories (e.g., Jira) for the engineering team to execute
  • Drive innovation and ideation, proposing new approaches to user experience and content design
  • Work with stakeholders across the firm to define key usage metrics and build visualization and reporting solutions that turn usage patterns into actionable priorities
  • Establish and enforce governance standards for digital content, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across platforms
  • Maintain and evolve the organization's design system, ensuring consistency and reusability across digital properties
  • Manage the full lifecycle of a website or digital platform, from content strategy through publishing workflows and ongoing optimization
  • Bring subject-matter expertise to stakeholder discussions, helping translate ideas into practical requirements and well-designed solutions
  • Define and lead white-glove service approach to digital platforms for clients and advisors

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience as a solutions owner or in a similar role within a regulated industry, ideally with a background in a fintech organization.
  • Experience partnering with Client Advisory, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver digital solutions that meet both client and regulatory needs
  • A track record of running or owning a client-facing website and/or app end to end, not merely contributing to one
  • Strong understanding of digital content governance, including how content is created, reviewed, approved, and maintained at scale
  • Deep experience operating within and leading teams through a scaled agile framework, with familiarity coordinating across multiple teams and dependencies
  • Strong understanding of design systems, with hands-on experience building, maintaining, or scaling one
  • Deep UX expertise and the ability to work fluently with design and engineering teams
  • A natural drive toward innovation and ideation, with the initiative to bring forward new ideas rather than wait for direction
  • Comfort operating in a regulated industry where compliance and process matter
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in digital solutions management, including several years operating at a senior or lead level
  • Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or another highly regulated industry strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-departmental initiatives
  • A history of presenting to and influencing senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build and mentor a team, with direct or matrixed people-leadership experience
