What You'll Be Doing

You will oversee and align multiple programs within LRF Tech@Lilly, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, budgets, and strategic goals. Your role involves managing program interdependencies, risks, and resources to drive cohesive execution and maximize value, all while aligning with the overall LMF Digital Strategy. You will also lead business and financial planning related to these programs.

How You'll Succeed
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with digital strategy and effective governance.
  • Report on portfolio performance, progress, risks, and strategic adjustments.
  • Coordinate communication across initiatives and stakeholders to ensure efficient execution.
  • Support financial reporting and strategic planning.
  • Assess and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
  • Manage a team of digital plant analysts focused on implementing digital solutions.
What You Should Bring
  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience managing programs/projects in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in new facility startups or clinical manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Active participation in industry forums and standards organizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications like PMP or PgMP.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, project management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program or portfolio management.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects using methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Scrum.
Additional Information

Location: Initial at Lilly Technology Center, Indianapolis; permanent at Lilly Medicines Foundry, Lebanon, Indiana.

Compensation: $123,000 - $180,400 plus benefits and bonus potential.
