Job summary

SRG is seeking two Digital Plant Engineers for a large-scale pharmaceutical automation program in Indianapolis. The roles embed in the Project Automation Team and bridge operations, process engineering, automation and IT to turn plant needs into digital requirements across DCS, MES integration, data architecture and validation.

You’ll contribute to Digital Strategy, data infrastructure, and site data delivery while ensuring GMP compliance and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in API/bulk pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on DeltaV Batch DCS experience.
• Experience with greenfield or brownfield builds.
• Strong GMP/regulatory and computer system validation knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Connect the Business, Technology and Data architectures for the facility.
• Represent the automation function in Digital Plant discussions and forums.
• Lead data flow mapping activities.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Report progress and needs to the Automation Project Manager.
• Maintain training compliance.
