Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Platform Analyst SME to ensure digital service performance, communicate metrics, and analyze transaction data. Responsibilities include resolving delivery obstacles, providing technical leadership, and supporting a DevOps team in system triage, application performance management, and infrastructure enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with experience in supporting digital platforms, troubleshooting in network and cloud environments.

Key Duties
  • Support Product Manager to meet performance requirements
  • Communicate performance metrics to stakeholders
  • Analyze agency transaction data
  • Support digital platforms and real-time data collection
  • Share best practices in digital performance management
  • Identify and resolve delivery obstacles
  • Provide technical and management leadership
  • Establish goals and plans to meet project objectives
  • Apply domain and technical knowledge
  • Manage activities, including financials, methods, and staffing
  • Engage in client negotiations and interface with senior management
  • Make critical decisions impacting project implementation
  • Supervise team members if applicable
  • Participate in a DevOps team, perform system triage, troubleshooting, and application performance management
  • Support COTS and GOTS applications
  • Perform infrastructure engineering for system improvements
  • Work with team features from a dynamic backlog and support operations
  • Perform system engineering related to networks and cloud solutions
Requirements
  • Active DoD Secret (S) clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 12-15 years of relevant experience (or Master's with 10-13 years)
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Experience with Linux, JIRA, Confluence, SAFe, GIT preferred
Education

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

Location: Remote (excluding CA, CO, NJ, NY)

Status: Full-time, Day shift, Monday-Friday

Physical Requirements: Ability to remain stationary and operate office equipment
