Role Overview
This digital marketing professional will oversee the paid media and growth strategy to deliver interstate, local, and international moving volume for Allied Van Lines, North American Van Lines, iMOVE.com, and other SIRVA web properties.
What You'll Be Doing
Percentages indicate time allocation:
- 50% - Paid Media Strategies
- Lead overall paid media strategy, driving customer traffic, conversions, and ROI across channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display (including video).
- Manage paid social, programmatic display, and CPC initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, testing, and measurement.
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google/Bing, including planning, implementation, budget management, and optimization.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, monitor performance, and seek improvements.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on traffic, revenue, spend, ROI, and KPIs.
- Oversee creative assets and advise on media best practices.
- Perform landing page and split testing for optimization.
- Maintain relationships with platforms like Google and Microsoft.
- Stay updated on industry news, platform updates, and innovations.
- Drive lead volume and ROI at a regional level.
- 30% - Reporting and Analytics
- Track campaign data throughout the customer funnel and utilize insights to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with agent locations to review performance and strategize.
- Integrate call center and sales metrics for comprehensive customer insights.
- 20% - Customer Communication
- Collaborate with partners and IT to execute communication strategies across channels.
- Manage multi-channel customer communication, including Email and SMS content and frequency.
What You Bring to Sirva
- 3+ years of relevant experience in paid search/paid media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Proven success in launching and managing campaigns.
- Ability to derive insights from data to enhance campaigns.
- Strong work ethic, driven, goal-oriented, and self-starting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits
- Position Title: Digital Paid Media Manager
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 USD
