Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a Digital Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operation and strategic direction of SNIPESUSA.com and the SNIPES app. You will translate merchandising and marketing priorities into actionable plans across web and app experiences, ensuring quality, speed, and conversion.

In this role you’ll lead a team, collaborate with merchandising and development, optimize search and product discovery in Algolia, and drive data-driven improvements using GA4 and ContentSquare.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ecommerce ops, digital merchandising, or site/app management.
• Experience with SFCC, Algolia, GA4, ContentSquare.
• Strong understanding of web and app platforms and CMS tools; HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Proven end-to-end ownership delivering issues with dev teams.
• Ability to set direction and priorities for a digital storefront.
• Analytical skills to turn GA4/ContentSquare data into actions.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Product-minded with roadmap ownership.
• Confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation, quality, and performance of SNIPESUSA.com and the SNIPES app.
• Set operational direction and translate goals into executable plans for web and app.
• Lead build and optimization of homepage features, landing pages, carousels, and blocks.
• Own site search/product discovery strategy in Algolia with AI-powered features.
• Collaborate with merchandising and development to shape web/app roadmap.
• Oversee major app initiatives and releases, ensuring alignment with digital strategy.
• Configure and troubleshoot SFCC or equivalent platforms; drive backend issues to resolution.
• Analyze site/app performance with GA4 and ContentSquare; turn data into improvements.
• Lead A/B testing, QA, and launch coordination for significant features.
• Evaluate emerging tools to improve speed, quality, customer experience.
• Guide, mentor, and develop the team.
